What this website is
Information about a clinic and the treatments it offers. Nothing on it is a diagnosis, a recommendation for you specifically, or a promise of a result. What is suitable for you is decided at a consultation.
Prices
Every figure on this site is indicative. The price of a treatment is confirmed at the consultation, in writing, before anything is booked.
Consultations and cancellations
Set out here what a consultation costs, whether it is redeemable against treatment, how much notice you need for a cancellation, and what happens to a deposit. State the 48-hour rule if you keep it.
Photographs
If you publish before-and-after photographs, set out here how consent is taken, that both images are captured under the same conditions, and that results vary between people. This template ships that component switched off and with no images in it.
Complaints
Say how a complaint is made and how quickly it is answered. In a regulated clinic this section is usually required.
