What happens on the day
You talk first. There is no form to fill in beforehand and nothing is examined until you have finished saying what brought you in.
Then we say what is possible, what is not, and what we would not do on you. If a different practitioner or a different kind of clinic is the right answer, you are told that here rather than after an appointment you have paid for.
You leave with a written plan: what would be done, in what order, what each part costs, and how many days you would want to be out of sight afterward.
Aftercare
- Take the plan away and read it somewhere that is not here.
- Ring or write when you have decided. Nobody will chase you.
